Short Description:
Decree by which the composition and operation of the Andalusian Climate Council is regulated, whose main purpose is to facilitate the participation of society in the design and monitoring of policies on climate change. The Andalusian Government hopes that the implementation of this body will contribute to the efficient use of public resources by setting up, with its entry into force, a framework that will favor the involvement of citizens, who have already been able to participate in the elaboration of the norm through the periods of prior consultation, hearing and public information during which the opinion of the main actors involved has been obtained. The new standard also has the approval of the Andalusian Advisory Council.
