The Adaptation Plan, developed during the LIFE + BLUEAP project (Bologna Local Urban Adaptation Plan for a resilient city), is a voluntary planning tool aimed at promoting adaptation measures to make the territory less vulnerable to climate change effects. The Plan was the result of a participatory process that involved public and private entities, businesses and citizens.
