The generation of more accessible and inclusive, breathable and sustainable, intelligent and dynamic urban environments requires the implementation of a crash plan for sustainable, safe and connected mobility in urban and metropolitan environments, which seeks to promote the decarbonization of the urban mobility and the improvement of air quality through different measures aimed at the very fabric of the city and its infrastructures, as well as the empowerment and optimization of urban and metropolitan transport.
